El señor de arriba es el gran poeta norteamericano Walt Whitman, en una caricatura que hice, con gouache, para una expo sobre escritores. Os dejo un extracto de uno de sus poemas. No puedo escribir mucho por dos razones: Primera porque no quiero estropear este maravilloso poema, y segunda y fundamental, porque me falla la tecla de las tildes y salen cosas extrañas, como adi´´os amigos, pronto volver´´e al blog.


Creo que un hoja de hieba no es menos que la senda que recorren las estrellas,
Y que la hormiga es perfecta, como el grano de arena o el huevo del zorzal,
Y que la rana es una obra maestra, digna de las más altas,
Y que un salón del cielo se podría adornar con enredaderas,
Y que la menor articulación de mi mano puede humillar a todas las máquinas,
Y que la vaca pastando con la cabeza baja supera a todas las estatuas,
Y que un ratón es un milagro capaz de confundir a millones de incrédulos.
